The use of Labor's air suspension, which dispenses with the axle beam, makes all the space from the floor to the trunk floor of a conventional truck become cargo space in the Double Deck Labor, so the cargo box grows from 2.8 m. to 4 m. high.
To improve this space we divided it in 2, generating as if it were two carts of approximately 2 meters high each, which meets almost all pallet heights.
It is as if we stack two pallets, which are divided by the double floor, not damaging the goods.
Two of our carts carry the same volume of goods as three conventional ones. That's right, transport up to 40 pallets of 1.85 m. high per cart!

- You load 33% more palletized cargo, with the same operational cost, fuel, tolls, tires, etc. as your conventional trailer.

- The advantages of the Double Deck Refrigerated Labor goes further: with a differentiated system, composed of a motor plus two internal coolers (one on each floor) you can divide a floor into frozen and another into cooled, on the same truck. Or still, you can create internal partition doors, dividing the cart into different temperature segments.
- How is loading and unloading performed? Simple, the tailgate becomes a platform that raises and lowers the pallets from the dock level to the upper or lower level. It is also possible to load and unload close to the floor.
