With more than 100 m², the Carreta da Saúde is the largest mobile unit in Brazil and Latin America. It also has an access area on the ground floor, about 20 cm off the ground, which eliminates the need for an external ladder, side openings, as well as being an axle-less monoblock, 15 meters long and with a ceiling height of 2.90 meters.
The largest Mobile Unit in Brazil also has an automated opening to start services, which takes minutes. Created to serve needy towns and communities with itinerant medical and dental services, it has four service rooms (Dentistry, Ophthalmology, Telemedicine, Gynecology), as well as bathrooms and a storage area for items used in the operation.

One of the secrets of Labor's exclusive Mobile Health Unit lies in the trailer, designed as a monoblock, which is low, with individual suspension, no axles connecting the wheels and no interference from chassis beams.
Due to this configuration, with a length of 15 meters and a ceiling height of 2.25 meters on each floor, it has more space underneath for transporting parts, materials and supplies used in the operation (water tanks, dental compressor, condenser, generator set and others).
