The Labor Health Truck is unique and exclusive. It is a true Health Truck, without equal in the market, manufactured with a Double Deck semi-trailer, exclusive to the company in Brazil.
Health Truck - Labor's Health Truck can be recognized from afar with its imposing three floors. This Health Truck has all floors spread over approximately 110 m².
With more than 100 m², the Carreta da Saúde is the largest health truck in Brazil and Latin America. And more differentiating features: an access area on the lower floor, about 20 cm off the ground, which eliminates the need for an external ladder, side openings, as well as being an axle-less monoblock, 15 meters long and with a ceiling height of 2.90 meters.
This Health Truck also has an automated opening to start services, which can be done in minutes. The Health Truck was created to serve underprivileged towns and communities with itinerant medical and dental services, with four service rooms (Dentistry, Ophthalmology, Telemedicine, Gynecology), as well as bathrooms and a storage area for items used in the operation.

When you see a three-story Health Truck, there's no doubt about it: it's Labor's Mobile Health Unit. We are the only and exclusive manufacturer of the Double Deck Health Truck in Brazil.
The structure of our Carreta da Saúde is exclusive and differentiated, produced to order. All the floors are distributed over approximately 110 m², making it the only one with three floors and the largest mobile unit in Brazil and Latin America.

One of the distinguishing features of the Carreta da Saúde Labor is the access area on the ground floor, about 4 cm off the ground - which means there's no need for an external ladder. What's more, there are side openings to increase the usable area, which can reach up to three floors.
Also noteworthy is the automated opening of the Health Truck to start treatment, which takes minutes. A conventional truck for this type of application takes between 4 and 6 hours to assemble. This is a true technological solution for road equipment, which is ready in less than 20 minutes!
One of the secrets of Labor's exclusive Mobile Health Unit lies in the trailer, designed as a monoblock, which is low, with individual suspension, no axles connecting the wheels and no interference from chassis beams.
Due to this configuration, with a length of 15 meters and a ceiling height of 2.25 meters on each floor, it has more space underneath for transporting parts, materials and supplies used in the operation (water tanks, dental compressor, condenser, generator set and others).
The Health Wagon can serve poor towns and communities with mobile medical and dental services. To do so, it has up to four service rooms (Dentistry, Ophthalmology, Telemedicine, Gynecology, for example).
It also has toilets and a storage area for items used in the operation.

The presence of a health cart in a community offers a number of significant benefits.
Firstly, it provides easier and more convenient access to a variety of health services, eliminating geographical barriers and facilitating the participation of those who might otherwise face difficulties in seeking regular medical care.
In addition, the health carts play a crucial role in promoting preventive health, carrying out screenings, vaccinations and providing essential information on healthy practices. This proactive approach contributes to the early detection of medical conditions and helps prevent disease, promoting a healthier and more aware community.
The mobility of the truck also makes it possible to serve areas that may have fewer medical resources, thus extending the reach of health services.
Ultimately, having a health cart in the community represents a tangible commitment to the well-being of residents, promoting an inclusive and accessible approach to medical care.

The number of rooms in a health van can vary depending on the purpose and specific design of the vehicle. Generally, these carts are designed to meet basic health needs and can include rooms for medical consultations, dentistry, nursing, laboratory tests, among others.
The forward room is an expandable compartment in the Health Truck, increasing its internal layout. During transportation, these rooms are closed, fitting onto a semi-trailer. Advancing can be done manually or by means of controlled hydraulic equipment.
Labor uses technology from Europe, with international recognition and high quality. With two factories in Brazil, Labor incorporates advanced technology into its mobile units.
