Cimed Racing Double Deck Semi Trailer

Race Labor Units are manufactured to order as Special Equipment, based on our Double Deck semi-trailer. It is a Special Project and an exclusive concept product for each client and request, according to the need of space, sophistication and budget.

This unique semi-trailer solution for transporting race cars was developed by Labor for all racing versions (Kart, Dragster, Stock Car etc.). The mobile unit features innovations such as suspension without axle beams, i.e.: pneumatic and independent, which allows a straight and flat floor at only 30 cm from the ground.

The Mobile Unit Trailer for transporting racing vehicles has two floors in aluminum profiles, allowing the positioning of 3 to 4 cars on the upper floor. Another innovation is the lifting of the vehicles to the second floor of the mobile unit by means of a so-called "automotive platform" of columns, with electro-hydraulic drive and ISO chains.

On the lower floor and above the fifth wheel of the tractor truck the use is mixed: cargo transport (parts and tires, for example) or as a workshop, dormitory, meeting room, among other applications. We highlight the smooth ACM sides of the Mobile Unit, allowing the team's communication, brands, and sponsors to be adhered or enveloped; besides other solutions such as partially translucent sides and a side opening that can be used as a cover for the race cars' maintenance.
