Labor highlights Mobile Women's Health Unit at Smart City Business Brazil 2025

Labor was present at the 12th edition of Smart City Business Brazil, presenting its exclusive Mobile Women's Health Unit. This is one of the largest meetings in Latin America focused on the future of cities, held on June 3 and 4 at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo.

Smart City Business Brazil welcomed around 5,000 visitors, with more than 120 speakers, 300 debaters and dozens of strategic meetings, panels and plenary sessions. For Labor, it was a unique opportunity to show how innovation in mobile health can transform public management and promote more humane, connected and sustainable cities.

Especially for the event, Labor brought one of its exclusive 3-level mobile carts, fully equipped for women's health care. It is a strategic solution for public authorities and cities, mainly due to the flexibility and efficiency of the equipment.

"Each municipality has a different demand - and our mobile units adapt to all of them. If we need to expand our service capacity, we can set up consortia between cities, sharing the investment in a more robust unit with more resources," says Labor's director.

This equipment complements the work of health centers, helping to eliminate queues for exams and procedures that require more sophisticated equipment - such as mammography, ultrasound or even tomography. In other words, it makes it possible to optimize public resources and ensure that the population receives more agile and complete care.

Another direct impact of the Mobile Health Unit is to offer more access, less idleness. With a well-equipped mobile unit, it is possible, for example, to serve remote or sparsely populated regions; to clear waiting lists for specialized exams; to reduce costs with travel or maintenance of underused fixed structures, etc.
