DOUBLE DECK ON CHASSIS

Double Deck transport for low height goods

Play Video

How to make a conventional chest, 2.8 m. in height, have a Double deck without adaptations at the time of loading? This is possible with Labor’s patented technology.

DOUBLE DECK ON CHASSIS

Let’s put a Double deck fixed to a chest and it will be impossible to load, as each floor will be about 1.3 m. in height, being ergonomically unfeasible.

But the Evolution System considers a fixed floor extremely thin at 1.6 or 1.7 m. height from the lower floor, allowing normal loading on the lower floor. But there are approximately 1.2 left on the upper floor… In this case, the ceiling of the trunk rises by 50 cm. allowing the entry of operators for loading/unloading. After this operation, the roof returns to its natural position for the vehicle to move.

KNOW THE DIFFERENTIAL OF THIS PRODUCT

Designed by Labor for transporting and distributing motorcycles, which doubles the volume transported, it can be used for any 1.7 m merchandise. below and 1.2 m above.

The trunk is manufactured in the body version for any truck and the semi-trailer can have a conventional chassis base, but it is not a kit that adapts to pre-existing trunks.

How is loading and unloading performed? Simple, the tailgate of the semi-trailer transforms when opened into a hydraulic platform that raises and lowers the pallets from the dock level to the upper floor. And it is possible to unload next to the floor as well.
